Hi, I’m Michael Wolff — mortgage broker, Apex NC, 20+ years originating purchase loans.

I have a background in engineering, which probably explains why I approach a mortgage the way I do — I work through the numbers, I don’t shy away from complicated situations, and I give you a straight answer about what’s actually possible. I started in mortgage in 2003, survived 2008, and have been doing this ever since. Broker model means I shop across wholesale lenders instead of fitting you into one bank’s product lineup.
