I moved to California in 2000. Lived in Hollywood for a while, then Encino, then North Hollywood. I met my wife there, we got married, had our kids, and I started in mortgage in the summer of 2003. I spent the better part of two decades in those markets — learning the neighborhoods, the lenders, the pace of a competitive offer.

In 2020 we moved to Apex, North Carolina. That’s home now.

I hold my own license in six states. When you’re in one of those, you’re working directly with me — my phone number, my relationships, my process. Call me, text me, whatever works. I’m not a call center. There’s no queue. You ask a question, you get an answer.

Where I started
Hollywood, Encino, North Hollywood — I lived there. Started originating in 2003 and spent nearly two decades in these markets. I know how California works.
